The Zojirushi Bread Machine
The Zojirushi bread machine is a favorite of many home bakers and there are loads of reasons why!
I bake my own bread, although I'm not going to say I never buy storebought bread anymore because I do. However, I love freshly baked bread and it's hard to get that when you live in as rural a community as I do. To get homemade, fresh bread, you have to learn to bake it yourself or drive a long way to get it. I never did develop a knack for kneading dough, even after giving it many tries. Now that I use a bread machine to do it for me, I get darn near perfect bread every time.
Bread machines just can't be beat for convenience, and they're a great help for cooks like me who want to make lots of homemade breads but who just don't have the talent for it.
The Zojirushi bread machine is special, because it makes loaves that actually look like loaves of bread, instead of square blocks of bread. My first machine makes those kind of loaves and I never have enjoyed looking at them. They were okay to eat, but with only the single kneading blade, they never have turned out as well as Zojirushi bread. :)
